Sweet Things :)

Sweet Things of Life!

Where do I find the sweet things of life??
In the comforting words of a friend,
In the holy sermon of the reverend!
In the sweet embrace of my lover,
In the heartwarming smiles from my baby sister.
In the incredible faith of my teacher.
And in the soft whispers frm the Nature,
And in the pure gentle blessed love of my parents.

Summer is here!

Indian Summer

Its 43! Well, I saw it at my cousin’s T.V a few days ago and I think it must have been the same Today. Or even more than that??

You roll, rush, travel and survive under the sun…staying outdoors all day! You do not realize or may be the work pressure have been too high to keep you off from raising an eyebrow at the Sun!! You reach home, spare a moment with your T.V at the special news and with a glassful of lemonade in your left hand and suddenly you are informed about the highest recorded temperatures of your city day! You read the figures and you feel even hotter than that during the whole of the noon, you are feeling sweaty now, wiping the moisture off from your skin….ah cannot believe?? You have been surviving under that 50 degree and 72 humidity!

Well, let me describe what it is like and how is it so different from the others.
The fields are all bare, not a pinch of green. Manures heaped up here and there. Normal women dress up with body all covered up, to preserve their soft tender skin from the hot pinching wind!
The hills are all bare too wrapped up with thorny bushes all around. Cattle start out early in the mornings and return with the same width. They come the earliest and keep moving late, hoping definitely to find something to munch on….dried up living beings wander every where in search of moisture, cool shade!

It is not the hot sun every time but rather I would say the severe lack of vegetation, leafless branches blew nothing but hot skin toasting wind. At this very moment its quite natural if the thought of global warming has been tickling your provocative minds. No matter development has been ensuring a more secure life with abundant privileges and handy opportunities! But may be while we take off this mask we come across this grim reality. An environment is the sustainable basis of any life form. And it is just a personal belief; all life must ensure balance in the ecosystem. For that’s how we may secure a not only developed but also very well coordinated happy biosphere!
